  • What payment methods do you accept?
    No credit card is required when making a purchase with us ,simply select the option "cash on delivery " Offline payment option allows you to do an online bank transfer with FCB.
  • When will my order ship?
    Delivery process is 1-3 business days
  • Do you have a physical location?
    No, We are an online based store.
  • I received the Incorrect order,help!"
    Oh no! We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but we do understand that mistakes do occur. As we value your complete satisfaction, our top priority is your shipping experience with us! We will gladly assist you with any issue with your order. Please contact our customer care team within ONE Business day of delivery to immediately help you. Please note that you may be required to provide photos of the received items for our team to better assist you!
  • Can i modify my order on the website?
    No, unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed on the website. We may of course cancel your order if it has not been shipped so you may proceed to process a new order with the selected items you wish to receive, simply contact us to review the status of your order prior to placing a new order.
  • Can i cancel my order?
    We advise that you contact us before order is shipped to cancel same.
  • My order was shipped to the wrong address!
    We recommend to always review, verify and confirm inputted addresses at time the order is placed. Bella Reine Shoppe does not take responsibility for incorrect addresses inputted at time an order is placed.
