STORE POLICY

REFUND/EXCHANGE
  • All returns or refund request must be done within THREE DAYS after purchase, in which you will be given a store credit or exchange for another item of equal value or more (difference to be paid).

  • If you received an item that has been damaged you have 24 HOURS after receiving your order to alert us. Please note ; that all items are checked before delivery is made to avoid mishaps, therefore this is unlikely.

 

  • Items must be returned in its original packaging unworn, and unaltered (if applicable) 

        No refund on Accessories( Jewelry) , Beachwear ,such at swimsuits

 

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

 

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Once the return item has been received by us and approved. Your store credit confirmation will be sent via e-mail.

For pick up option , payments must be completed before via Online Bank Transfer or Bank deposit.
